About the Role

We are looking for a senior professional to join our Fixed Income Operations is a strategic position essential to ensure that investment operations areconducted with fluidity efficiency and security in strict compliance with the bestmarket practices. This professional will act as a link between the businessproduct and engineering areas ensuring the alignment and integration of deliverables with a very innovative vision we want to do things differently. Theirperformance will be crucial to maintain high standards of governance mitigateoperational risks and sustain excellence in all routines. We are looking forsomeone who is committed to quality and is eager for innovation contributing tothe exponential and sustainable growth of the investment area and to the missionof offering high-quality products and services to our clients.

• Supervising operational routines to ensureefficiency and security and guaranteeingregulatory compliance.
• Developing and implementing efficientoperational processes and controlsin collaboration with the Engineering team.
• Actively participating in defining the areasroadmapand inoperational risk management and mitigation.
• Conductingsettlement custody and financial events processingactivities forFixed Incomeassets with an emphasis onPrivate Credit.
• Managing the areas systems and supporting theimplementation of new financial products.
• Leading the resolution of operational problems and incidents including support for audits.

• Senior professionalwith proven experience inOperations and Fixed Income products.
• In-depth technical knowledge ofFixed Income assets(including Private Credit: CRA CRI Debêntures etc.) and custody/settlement processes.
• Robust experience insystem implementation and validation and familiarity withINOA Systemmodules (OBR FI IM BB) and platforms likeCETIP SELIC.
• Technological acumento drive discussions with Product and Engineering teams.
• Analytical proactive profilefocused ongovernance quality and risk mitigation.
• Required Certifications: PQO Backoffice or ANBIMA Qualified Services Modules 1 and 2.
• Plus: Programming experience (VBA Python SQL) andEnglish speaking.

Our Nu Way of Working

Our work model is hybrid and has cycles that can be from two to three months according to the business of expertise. For every eight or two weeks of remote work one will be at the office.
