Job Title: Customer Service AssociateDispatcher
Location: Springdale AR 72762
Duration: 3 months (contract)
Shift: 8:00 PM 8:00 AM (Wednesday Thursday Friday and every other Saturday)
Training: MondayFriday 7:30 AM 4:30 PM for at least 3 weeks
Position Summary
The Customer Service Associate (CSA) is responsible for managing relationships between carriers customers and sales groups for assigned accounts. This includes understanding customer needs processes and procedures and partnering with internal teams to ensure timely cost-effective service. The CSA serves as the primary point of contact resolving issues promptly and providing excellent service throughout the supply chain process.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact between supply chain operations and assigned external customers
Analyze incoming communications and determine prompt effective resolutions
Establish and maintain positive collaborative relationships with key internal and external contacts
Utilize multiple dispatch and external scheduling systems (TES LME Four Kites OTR Retailix Retail Link UNFI One Network etc.) to problem-solve across business units
Maintain knowledge of company policies procedures and software applications
Develop a thorough understanding of external customer organizations structures and requirements
Identify and implement cost-effective creative solutions to delivery or service issues
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products while representing the company professionally
Education and Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in customer service or transportation/logistics
Experience in customer service beyond call center support is required; dispatch experience in transportation/logistics is a plus
