The Cloth Ear - Chef de Partie

The 5* Merchant Hotel in Belfast is a harmonious blend of Victorian grandeur and Art Deco inspired sleek modernity. Situated in the heart of Belfast city centres historic Cathedral Quarter the grandeur of the original Grade A listed building is complemented by an elegant Art Deco inspired wing with a multitude of exciting amenities.

The successful individual will have drive and determination to succeed in their career along with a commitment to the continued success of our food offering. The role will involve using high quality ingredients in a new creative style.

Our Ideal candidate should have:

A genuine desire to improve their cooking skills and broaden their ingredient knowledge
A positive Can do attitude
The ability to adapt to changing menus & specifications
Excellent communication skills
Good HACCP knowledge

Essential Criteria

High level of flexibility
Minimum of 1years experience as a Chef de Partie working in a busy modern kitchen
