Were hiring a TECHNICIAN TRAINEE to learn diesel compact construction equipment repair from the ground up.
Business Hours: MondayFriday 7:30 AM 5:00 PM (your evenings & weekends are free!)
Were looking for someone who:
Enjoys working with tools and troubleshooting how things work
Likes being hands-on active and outdoors/in a shop environment
Is reliable hardworking and eager to learn from experienced technicians
This is perfect for someone who:
Fixes things at home or in the garage
Loves working outside and staying busy
Wants a skilled trade but doesnt want school debt
Has been thinking about diesel tech work but didnt know where to start
What Youll Do
- Basic preventative maintenance/service work (oil changes fluid top-offs filters inspections)
- Perform basic yard maintenance (organization safety checks keeping it clean)
- Greet and assist customers in the yard when needed
- Support the rental service and parts teams with yard operations as needed
- This may include wash bay duties loading/unloading equipment and other duties as assigned.
- Work alongside skilled technicians who will mentor and help you grow in your skills
What Were Looking For
- A high school diploma or GED
- A valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
- Someone who enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically able to handle lifting bending twisting pushing and pulling
- A safety-first mindset with integrity and reliability
- Mechanically curious interested in equipment and how it works
- A team player who doesnt mind jumping in wherever needed
