We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team and help them deliver exceptional service and support.
Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for customers managing orders from entry to delivery while ensuring accuracy timeliness and satisfaction. This role requires strong communication problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate with internal departments such as sales production and logistics. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing packaging or related industries.
