Role Type: Full-Time Office Position

Compensation Range: $75000.00- $90000.00

Our client is a leading provider in flexible packaging solutions serving industries such as food & beverage personal care healthcare home and more. They pride themselves on delivering innovative high-quality packaging products tailored to their customers needs.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team and help them deliver exceptional service and support.

The Opportunity:

The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for customers managing orders from entry to delivery while ensuring accuracy timeliness and satisfaction. This role requires strong communication problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate with internal departments such as sales production and logistics. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing packaging or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone email and online portals.
  • Process and manage customer orders from entry to delivery ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Provide detailed product pricing and lead time information to customers.
  • Track and monitor orders proactively communicating updates or delays to customers.
  • Coordinate with production scheduling logistics and sales to ensure seamless process.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions transactions and feedback in CRM/ERP systems.
  • Assist with preparing quotes samples and documentation as needed.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalations in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
  • Support sales team initiatives including upselling/cross-selling packaging solutions when appropriate.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Associate or Bachelors degree in business supply chain or related field a plus.
  • Experience: 2 years in customer service order management or inside sales; manufacturing or packaging industry experience a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills organized & detail oriented.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite and experience working with internal ERP/CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
