How Youll Make an Impact

Support monthly demand order analysis and reporting
Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts
Conduct variance analysis and present insights
Collaborate with sales operations on pipeline conversion analytics
Build robust P&L tracking for regional consolidation
Contribute to predictive analytics and financial modeling
Support ad hoc financial projects and reporting needs
Help establish SOPs and improve internal reporting processes
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines

Your Background

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Demonstrated experience with Power BI Microsoft Co-Pilot and other predictive analytics tools/projects etc.
Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle/SAP.
Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new things.
Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States. This role does not offer sponsorship currently or in the future.
Offer does not offer relocation assistance. Must be commuting distance to Raleigh NC
