Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager IAM & Access Security to lead initiatives focused on identity governance access management and privileged user controls. This role will manage projects that strengthen security across enterprise and gaming environments with a focus on Okta elevated access management and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identity and access management hands-on experience implementing IAM platforms and processes (Okta PAM RBAC/ABAC) and a proven track record delivering complex security projects in regulated industries. Experience in casino operations and slot floor systems is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead IAM and access security projects across enterprise IT cloud and gaming systems.
- Drive Agile project execution (Scrum/Kanban) and deliver IAM initiatives in iterative phases.
- Partner with security engineering and compliance teams to define project scope success criteria and risks.
- Ensure outcomes align with business goals operational requirements and compliance standards.
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Implement and optimize Okta for SSO MFA and identity federation.
- Manage projects enforcing least privilege principles using RBAC/ABAC.
- Oversee Privileged Access Management (PAM) to control and monitor elevated user access.
- Build and improve user lifecycle management (joiner/mover/leaver) for both enterprise and operational staff.
Casino & Gaming Security
- Apply IAM best practices to slot floor systems gaming applications and enterprise environments.
- Collaborate with compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements (NGCB GLI PCI ISO).
- Identify and remediate IAM-related risks specific to gaming operations and slot system integration.
- Support audit readiness through implementation of IAM controls and reporting.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Communicate IAM project progress risks and compliance impacts to leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinate across IT security operations and compliance teams to drive outcomes.
- Balance strong security controls with usability and business continuity.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Cybersecurity Information Technology or related field.
- Masters degree preferred.
- 10 years of progressive technical project management experience.
- 5 years leading IAM-focused projects with Okta or equivalent IAM platforms.
- Experience in casino gaming slot floor operations or regulated environments strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of identity governance authentication PAM MFA and regulatory frameworks.
- CISM CISA or equivalent IAM certifications is a plus.
- PMP CSM or Agile PM certifications highly preferred.
- Okta Professional or Advanced Certification is a plus.
