About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to own build operate and scale the API-first experience for partners and developers. You will be responsible for the full customer journey of the API product including technical documentation for the Developer Portal to ensure smooth integrations.

As Product Manager API you will work closely with other product managers UX developers and QA in a cross-functional squad. You will execute on the product vision and roadmap transforming customer needs into innovative solutions.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Manage and prioritize the API product backlog in line with roadmap and strategy.
    • Work with your squad to run sprint planning backlog refinement and reviews.
    • Create visions for new features translate into user stories and define acceptance criteria.
    • Collaborate with development teams to ensure delivery testing and release of high-quality features.
    • Monitor product quality and act on business-critical bugs and errors.
    • Support business and support teams with knowledge of product changes.
    • Validate insights roadmap and go-to-market plans with stakeholders.
    • Translate business objectives into actionable user stories and scale the customer journey for the API product.

    Must-have qualifications:

    • 4 years of experience as Product Manager or Product Owner preferably with APIs.
    • Fundamental understanding of coding.
    • Experience with software product development.
    • Experience working with Scrum teams and agile methods.
    • Strong collaboration skills across product and engineering teams.
    • Fluent in English spoken and written.

    Nice-to-have qualifications:

    • Background as a developer.
    • Experience in B2B SaaS fintech is a plus.
    • Experience with technical writing and developer documentation.
