Appearance Assistant

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit an Appearance Assistant for their Gaming studios in Belgrade Serbia.

Position: Appearance Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and update employee appearance records to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Provide training sessions to employees on appearance guidelines and best practices.
• Assess and recommend improvements to appearance standards based on feedback and organizational directives and oversee their implementation.
• Review and approve new employees appearance prior to their participation in work activities.
• Develop and distribute clear documentation outlining appearance standards and procedures.
• Conduct regular quality checks across projects to ensure consistency and adherence to standards.
• Share updates and relevant information on appearance guidelines through internal communication channels.
• Periodically update and refine appearance-related policies and manuals.
• Organize and facilitate workshops and sessions to reinforce appearance standards and best practices.
• Review and decide on requests for appearance adjustments ensuring alignment with established criteria.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in personal grooming styling or a related field with at least 1 year in an appearance/standards-focused role.
• Diploma or professional certification in hairstyling makeup or related discipline.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in basic PC applications for scheduling and communication.
• Availability to work 8-hour shifts 5 days per week.
• High attention to detail with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals.
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills with the ability to maintain professional standards and address concerns effectively.
• Experience in makeup and hairstyling for media on-camera or broadcast environments would be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of skincare products and techniques to support comfort and appearance during long shifts.
