About the Role

Are you ready to kick-start your career Were looking for a proactive and organised Routing Specialist to join our team in the Netherlands. This is a fantastic entry point into the world of delivery operationswhere youll be planning routes optimising deliveries and making sure our boxes arrive on time and efficiently.

If youre good with numbers and enjoy solving puzzles this could be the perfect fit. You dont need a background in logisticswere more than happy to teach you all about it. What matters most is your willingness to learn collaborate across teams and help keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and optimise delivery and pick-up routes to keep things running efficiently and on time.
• Work closely with terminals couriers and internal teams to keep daily operations moving smoothly.
• Stay on top of capacity and forecast demand to make sure deliveries happen when expected.
• Tackle operational challenges quickly and keep things on track.
• Help improve routing tools and processes to make work easier for everyone.
• Share your ideas to make logistics planning smarter and the team even stronger.
  

About You

• Youre a strong communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams
• Youre solution-oriented with great organisational skills and attention to detail
• You feel confident working with numbers and logistics data (no need to be a data expert)
• Youre fluent inDutch and English both spoken and written
• Youre eager to grow in a fast-moving environment where your work makes a real impact
• You take ownership and thrive in a role where no two days are the same

The gross monthly salary for this position ranges from 2600 to 2800 depending on experience.
