Job Summary
Our client a leading chartered accountancy firm based in Manchester is seeking a Semi-Senior Auditor to join their growing audit team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients
Prepare audit working papers and financial statements
Review and test client accounting systems and internal controls
Identify audit risks and recommend improvements
Supervise and mentor junior team members
Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent service
Ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulations
Required Qualifications:
ACA/ACCA part-qualified or qualified
2-3 years of audit experience in a chartered accountancy practice
Strong technical accounting and auditing knowledge
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and audit software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
