Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for optimizing operations in a fast-paced environment A well-established insurance provider in Schleswig-Holstein is seeking an experienced Operations Manager (m/f/d) fluent in German English and French to oversee and enhance its international workflows.
What You ll Do:
- Lead and coordinate operational teams across multiple regions.
- Ensure seamless day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as a vital communication bridge between German English and French-speaking stakeholders.
- Monitor KPIs implement process improvements and manage cross-border projects.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments including Claims Underwriting and Customer Service.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in operations management ideally in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Native-level or fluent German English and French.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the DACH and/or EU region is a plus.
