The scope here is to drive the execution of HVAC projects in buildings across Brussels ensuring their technical contractual and operational success.

The Key responsibilities expected from our consultant might include:

- Prepare and organize the site at project start; define the needed material means.
- Develop the safety and hygiene plan with the Safety Officer.
- Propose technical improvements where possible.

- Oversee the technical commercial contractual and financial aspects of the project.
- Establish the specific quality plan if needed.

- Lead the project from the pre-study phase to the end of contractual obligations.
- Take charge of the project start.
- Coordinate between the design office and site execution during preparation start execution delivery and site closure; be present on site for a large part of the time.
- Build the execution teams with the Site Manager.
- Ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure the application of safety rules on the site.

The experience we are actively looking for:

- Proven experience of minimum 3 years in a similar position (HVAC or technical project management).
- Engineering degree or technical bachelors in electromechanics (or equivalent by experience).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Full professional proficiency in both Dutch and French.
- Proficient with digital tools (Word Excel Outlook).
- Daily travel to Brussels for an on-site presence.
