Job Summary
Millwright
Key Responsibilities
-
Ensure all technical work is executed safely.
-
Perform inspections preventive maintenance and corrective work orders recording them in the maintenance control system.
-
Provide feedback on all planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
-
Prepare detailed equipment breakdown reports.
-
Organise workplace documentation and toolboxes according to 5S standards.
-
Conduct breakdown analysis and follow up on corrective measures.
-
Provide technical support and training to operators.
-
Participate in technical improvement teams and propose improvements.
-
Take part in equipment breakdown root cause failure analyses.
-
Ensure high-quality execution of work orders minimising downtime caused by maintenance.

Support execution of engineering and local projects.
-
Register all activities in the ERP system.
In-depth knowledge of PLC Variable Speed Drives Motors and Electrical circuits
In-depth knowledge of mechanical drive systems gearboxes compressors hydraulic and pneumatic systems and pumps
In-depth knowledge of the Problem-solving tools
Basic welding skills
Basic knowledge of the HVAC system
Able to communicate in English
Technical report writing
Qualifications & Experience
-
N6 in Electro-Mechanical Engineering (Bachelors degree advantageous).

Trade-tested Millwright.
-
2-3 years maintenance experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
-
Proficiency in MS Excel Word PowerPoint and CMMS.
