Job Summary

Lead global accounting and reporting under IFRS including consolidation across multiple geographies
Manage revenue recognition for complex SaaS consulting and hybrid arrangements
Oversee month- and year-end processes to ensure timely accurate reporting
Drive ERP implementation (NetSuite) and integrate finance systems with business tools
Oversee AR AP payroll and treasury ensuring efficiency and compliance
Establish financial controls to support audit readiness and governance
Build and mentor a high-performing international accounting team
Partner with senior leadership to enable strategic decision-making
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1015 years progressive accounting/finance experience with 35 years in a Controller or similar leadership role
Strong SaaS/technology background with deep knowledge of revenue recognition (IFRS 15)
Proven experience implementing and managing ERP systems (NetSuite highly desirable)
Solid track record in global consolidation audit readiness and financial control frameworks
Strong leadership skills with experience managing international teams
Qualification:
CA(SA) OR CIMA
