Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognised institution.
  • Registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse.
  • Post-basic qualification in Trauma and/or Emergency Nursing (essential).
  • Minimum of 3 years recent experience in a busy Trauma or Emergency Unit.
  • In-depth knowledge of trauma protocols emergency procedures and clinical best practices.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in high-pressure fast-paced environments.
  • Strong critical thinking decision-making and problem-solving skills.
