Desired Experience & Qualification
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognised institution.
- Registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse.
- Post-basic qualification in Trauma and/or Emergency Nursing (essential).
- Minimum of 3 years recent experience in a busy Trauma or Emergency Unit.
- In-depth knowledge of trauma protocols emergency procedures and clinical best practices.
- Proven ability to work effectively in high-pressure fast-paced environments.
- Strong critical thinking decision-making and problem-solving skills.
