Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Manager to lead and coordinate our public procurement and tendering activities. The ideal candidate will manage the entire tender process collaborate with internal teams and suppliers and ensure compliance with procurement regulations to secure competitive business opportunities.

Tasks

Manage the end-to-end tender process including analysis preparation submission and follow-up of bids.
Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to gather and compile all required technical and commercial documentation.
Monitor tender opportunities track competitor activity and analyze pricing strategies to support bid competitiveness.
Ensure strict compliance with relevant procurement laws regulations and company policies.
Maintain a well-structured database of tenders and generate insights for ongoing process improvement.

Requirements

3 to 5 years of experience in tender management bids or contracts preferably within healthcare medical devices or pharmaceutical industries.
Strong knowledge and understanding of public procurement processes.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Effective communication and negotiation skills in English.
Demonstrated ability to work well within a team coupled with commercial awareness and problem-solving capabilities.
