Ihr Aufgabenbereich:
- Konzeption Entwicklung und technische Umsetzung von Prozessen und Equipment (Mechanik / Hardware) zur Justage Kalibrierung und Funktionstest optischer Sensoren
- Mitarbeit in Produktentwicklungsteams mit dem Fokus auf Design für Manufacturability und Testing
- Verantwortung für Planung und Einhaltung von Terminen Kosten und Qualität der bearbeiteten Projektenaufgaben
- Betreuung und Steuerung externer Lieferanten sowie Erarbeitung von Lastenheften
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Justage- und Kalibrieranlagen im Hinblick auf Bedienbarkeit und Reduktion von Prozesszeiten
- Mitarbeit bei der Erarbeitung von Standards für Test und Kalibrierung von Opto-Sensoren
Erforderliche Qualifikationen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik Mechatronik Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Gute Konstruktionskenntnisse im Sondermaschinen- oder Betriebsmittelbau
- Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Optik und elektrischer Messtechnik
- Kenntnisse der Statistischen Prozesskontrolle und Nachweis der Prozessfähigkeit mittels MSA cpk etc.
- Programmierkenntnisse in SPS bzw. C / C# von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und Interesse an der Leitung von Projektteams
- Zielstrebigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Organisations- und Koordinationsgeschick Interesse an der Arbeit in interdisziplinären global agierenden Teams gute Englischkenntnisse und internationale Reisebereitschaft
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
