Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our clients team in Austin TX. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in data science data engineering and machine learning with hands-on experience in LLM fine-tuning GenAI and agentic AI/multi-agent systems. The role requires proficiency in Python AWS and deep learning frameworks with a proven track record of working in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and implement AI/ML models and pipelines leveraging Python and AWS.
Work on GenAI and LLM fine-tuning including multi-agent and agentic AI frameworks.
Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to ensure scalable and optimized solutions.
Integrate AI/ML models into production environments ensuring reliability and performance.
Partner with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum workflows to deliver iterative solutions.
Perform data preprocessing feature engineering and large-scale data handling.
Research and apply deep learning techniques to enhance model accuracy and efficiency.
Stay current with advancements in AI GenAI and multi-agent systems to drive innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5 10 years of experience in Data Engineering Data Science and Machine Learning.
Strong programming expertise in Python (5 10 years).
Experience with AWS services (at least 1 year).
Hands-on experience with GenAI LLM fine-tuning agentic AI and multi-agent systems (at least 1 year each).
Deep Learning experience (2 5 years).
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills (5 10 years).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies (at least 1 year).
Excellent communication skills and creative thinking (nice to have).
