Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Payrate: $40 - $45/hr

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a PRN (per diem) role at a well-established SNF in Gloucester MA. The ideal candidate will have experience in long-term or post-acute care and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform resident assessments and develop/update care plans
Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
Monitor and report changes in resident conditions
Supervise LPNs CNAs and other support staff
Document all care accurately using EMR systems
Maintain compliance with federal state and facility regulations
Provide high-quality compassionate care in a skilled nursing setting

Required Requirements:

Active and Valid RN license in Massachusetts
Current CPR/BLS certification
At least 1 year of recent SNF experience
Proficiency with EMR documentation
Strong critical thinking communication and leadership skills
