- Collaborate with the nursing and interdisciplinary team to meet resident care goals

Required Requirements:
- Active and Valid LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.
- CPR/BLS Certification.
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a LTC/SNF setting.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
