Job Title: Workforce Software (WFS) Consultant ACT Specialist
Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 8 years of experience with ADP Workforce Software including ACTmodule.
- Proven experience in Configuration Architecture and Interfaces.
- Prior experience leading end-to-end ACT implementations.
Certifications:
- PT101 PT102 and ACT certifications (mandatory).
- Additional certifications like CT103 CT104 or Workforce Time Interfaces arepreferred.
Key Responsibilities:
ACT Module Implementation:
- Lead the Absence Compliance Tracker (ACT) phase from design to delivery.
- Gather and document ACT-specific functional requirements.
- Configure and customize ACT settings based on client needs.
- Lead and manage ACT testing and validation processes.
Technical Leadership:
- Guide the Workforce Software ACT technical team.
- Oversee system configuration data mapping and integration with HRIS payrolland ERP systems.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
Interface Development & Integration:
- Design and develop interfaces using APIs ETL tools and middleware.
- Ensure seamless data flow between ACT and external systems.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of interfaces.
Client Engagement & Support:
- Provide training and support to client teams.
- Act as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ACT-related issues.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations mappings and issueresolutions.
- Ensure adherence to compliance frameworks and internal governance policies.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with SAP Employee Central and its interfaces with Workforce
Software (WFS)
- Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) for reporting and analytics.
