Job Summary

Job Title: Workforce Software (WFS) Consultant ACT Specialist

Experience Required:

Minimum 5 8 years of experience with ADP Workforce Software including ACTmodule.
Proven experience in Configuration Architecture and Interfaces.
Prior experience leading end-to-end ACT implementations.

Certifications:

PT101 PT102 and ACT certifications (mandatory).
Additional certifications like CT103 CT104 or Workforce Time Interfaces arepreferred.

Key Responsibilities:

ACT Module Implementation:

Lead the Absence Compliance Tracker (ACT) phase from design to delivery.
Gather and document ACT-specific functional requirements.
Configure and customize ACT settings based on client needs.
Lead and manage ACT testing and validation processes.

Technical Leadership:

Guide the Workforce Software ACT technical team.
Oversee system configuration data mapping and integration with HRIS payrolland ERP systems.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.

Interface Development & Integration:

Design and develop interfaces using APIs ETL tools and middleware.
Ensure seamless data flow between ACT and external systems.
Conduct performance tuning and optimization of interfaces.

Client Engagement & Support:

Provide training and support to client teams.
Act as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and resolve ACT-related issues.

Documentation & Compliance:

Maintain detailed documentation of configurations mappings and issueresolutions.
Ensure adherence to compliance frameworks and internal governance policies.

Preferred Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Familiarity with SAP Employee Central and its interfaces with Workforce

Software (WFS)

Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) for reporting and analytics.
