EXPECTATIONS

Responsible for:

Managing existing book
Quoting and writing new business (inbound sales)
Retaining & servicing existing clients with proactive excellent customer service
Proactively identifying & acting on cross-sell opportunities
Learn from existing staff processes/procedures to further develop & grow

REQUIREMENTS

Must be team-oriented & live out our values of Family-Focused Thorough & Honest everyday with coworkers & clients
Commercial Insurance Client Management experience is mandatory including working with clients & company underwriters coverage detail & reviews with clients
Must be able to manage a workload with a team of experienced insurance professionals (i.e. certificates billing accord forms renewals/remarkets etc.)
Ability to navigate & learn an agency management system (EZLynx)
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products
Must be able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of specific company products while matching client needs

SALARY

Base: $65k annually
Opportunities: New Business Commission Retention Bonus
