Job Summary

Job Title : Senior COBOL Mainframe Developer (IBM DB2 JCL MQ-Series Government Taxation Systems)

Location: Albany NY(Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

Experience working with a Government Taxation organization including technical design development maintenance and end-user support of Tax and Revenue Accounting Systems.
Skilled in systems analysis and design for multi-tiered transactional systems.
Proficient in Java programming within IBM environments using Rational Application Developer (RAD) IDE and deploying applications on WebSphere Application Server (WAS).
Hands-on experience with IBM AIX DB2 databases including design and maintenance.
Knowledgeable in IBM MVS JCL for mainframe operations.
Experience working with IBM MQ-Series for messaging and integration.
Proficient with TSO (Time Sharing Option) in mainframe environments.
Experienced with CICS (Customer Information Control System) for transaction processing in mainframes.
Skilled in COBOL programming within IBM mainframe environments.
Strong background in preparing technical design specification documents for complex component-based systems.
