About the Role

We are hiring a versatile Data Engineer to support cloud-based data integration and transformation efforts across business-critical systems. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in building data pipelines enhancing operational efficiency and aligning with enterprise governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize scalable data pipelines using Azure cloud services
Participate in daily Scrum meetings and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
Streamline existing data processes and contribute to their reorganization and efficiency
Partner with enterprise governance teams to ensure compliance and approvals
Collaborate with operations support teams for implementation and issue resolution
Deliver clean maintainable code and contribute to architecture discussions

Required Skills & Experience

8 years in data engineering and cloud infrastructure environments
Hands-on experience with:
- Azure cloud ecosystem
- Data modeling transformation and ETL processes
- Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Tools like Slack for collaboration
Ability to independently lead technical deliverables
Experience coordinating with 3rd-party vendors and internal teams

Nice to Have

Certifications in Data Engineering (preferred but not mandatory)
Startup or fast-paced product development experience
