Role Overview
Senior Consultants are data-driven problem solvers who manage analytics dashboards create training materials and ensure accuracy in global reporting. They are trusted advisors for vendors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage analytics dashboards (e.g. Tango Quicksight migrations).
Develop and deliver training guides for vendor operations teams.
Lead requirements gathering for new tools and process improvements.
Manage accruals vendor escalations and cost savings SOP reviews.
Create strategies for vendor diversity and sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications
6 years in data analytics operations or facilities management.
Expertise in BI tools (Tableau Quicksight) and advanced Excel skills.
