Note: Need Onshore coordinator type profile in USA Ohio

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in managing UKG/Kronos projects especially in Advanced Scheduling and Timekeeping.
Strong understanding of workforce management processes and compliance frameworks.
Excellent client-facing communication stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Familiarity with integration touchpoints data migration and reporting within the Kronos ecosystem.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
