Key Responsibilities :
- Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Drive targeted traffic & generate leads for residential and commercial projects.
- Execute SEO strategies (on-page off-page backlinks blogs).
- Manage social media profiles & create engaging content.
- Track performance with Google Analytics Search Console Ads Manager.
- Prepare dashboards on leads CPL ROI and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure lead quality and conversions.
- Work with creative/tech teams and external agencies for campaign execution.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Digital Marketing or related field.
- 23 years of digital marketing experience in the real estate industry.
- Expertise in Google Ads Meta Ads Manager SEO tools (SEMRush Ahrefs Moz).
- Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation (HubSpot Zoho Salesforce).
- Strong communication creative thinking and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and maximize ROI.
