主要工作职责
1.制定辖区工作计划日常拜访计划会议管理计划以及项目管理计划按照计划完成工作任务并产出业务结果以提升公司疫苗产品的可及性和可支付性影响并支持大区年度策略和健康发展部年度工作重点的制定和落地领导跨区域以及健康发展团队的重点项目推动
2.推动相关政策法规的出台支持相关政策法规的解读工作评估业务影响并给予业务建议
3.管理辖区内区域级疫苗关键决策人(KDM)推动区域疫苗政策平台的搭建建立区域疫苗政策讲师团队与区域级公共卫生行政主管部门设计并执行相关政企合作项目树立公司在中国疫苗行业的企业形象
4.关注和推动参与和公司疫苗相关的区域级公费市场项目(包括但不限于PIP/CIP)执行公司策略提升产品可及性和品牌知晓率
5.协同影响省级中长期以疫苗产品价值为基础的招标采购政策的制定支持省级年度招标准入工作
6.提供健康发展部管理团队常规报告和业务建议支持业务决策
7.熟悉和执行公司的SOP确保个人合规行为
