About the role:
This is a 6-month recurring seasonal role based in SLC with the opportunity to lead trips during June and September-December. The ideal candidate is a high performing Trip Leader in the top 75th percentile with at least 1 year of mentoring and HT experience. This role is suited for someone who is self-driven organized attentive to detail has exceptional leadership presence as a facilitator and speaker exceptional written and verbal communication skills has a figure it out kind of attitude who is excited to learn new skills has knowledge of our US/Global operations a keen desire to coach/mentor Field Staff/Mentors and the desire to work with the LD team on all things BLUE NLTs and new Field Staff Applicants. This position requires partnership with many departments at Backroads and a deep understanding of both the office and the field. This is an exciting opportunity with long-term potential for growth within Backroads.
What youll be doing:
Seasonal Full Time - Seasonal: January 6-June 13 July 13-August 15 with the opportunity to lead trips June 14-July 12 and after August 16.
