Job Description

To spearhead and optimize the Sales & Marketing operations ensuring alignment with global strategies enhancing brand presence and maximizing sales performance across markets. This involves orchestrating sales and marketing strategies monitoring performance metrics ensuring effective localization managing budgets and fostering strong relationships with distributors to drive growth and profitability.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead Sales & Marketing Management strategy and programs in alignment with Cluster Head CEE/CIS
  • Monitor forecasts & sales performance to deliver agreed budget by brands and SKUs
  • Pull through global marketing / product strategy at market level ensures Global material is leveraged
  • Disseminate Global material and ensures adequate localization with distributor
  • Keep track of VM budgets ensuring alignment with activities and manage payment requests from distributors.
  • Oversee the planning of market-specific Variable Marketing activities and guide the process for reimbursements.
  • Facilitate negotiations and oversee the implementation of AAP by distributors Brand Plans of key markets
  • Preparation coordination and recommendation of annual brand plans Annual Activity Plan and Order Forecasts for the Area including evaluation and challenging of individual country plans
  • Preparation of pre-launch activities launch planning and launch implementation for all new indications in the Area in coordination with the Ax GBU and Cluster Head CEE/CIS
  • Adhere to all company policies Procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the teams

Main KPIs:

  • Sales and Revenue Growth for the Area: the increase in sales revenue over time indicating the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies in driving business growth
  • Budget Adherence: assess the level of adherence to allocated budgets for sales marketing and variable marketing activities ensuring efficient resource utilization. Track the utilization of variable marketing budgets and ensure alignment with activities optimizing resource allocation and ROI.
  • Brand and SKU Performance: monitor the sales performance of individual brands and SKUs against targets indicating the success of product portfolio management and marketing efforts.
  • Launch Success: measure the success of new product launches based on factors such as market penetration sales performance and customer feedback.

Scope of countries included but not limited to: Israel Greece Romania Czech Republic Slovakia Hungary Bulgaria Ukraine

Minimum Requirements

  • University degree Master degree
  • MS Office (Excel Word Power Point Teams)
  • Fluent English
  • Min. 5 year experience in managerial both sales and marketing positions. Demonstrable success in any of commercial functions in the pharmaceutical/medical device industry and/or a commercial business. Experience and success in managing distributor markets. Knowledge of Aesthetics business will be an asset.
