About the Role
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities Spring Meadow Day Service is looking for a dedicated and experienced Care Team Leader to join our team on a job share basis.
In this rewarding role you will lead and support a team of Care Workers to deliver high-quality person-centred care that promotes independence dignity and fulfilment. Youll be responsible for coordinating care plans supervising staff ensuring compliance with care standards and fostering a positive and inclusive environment for both citizens and colleagues.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
-This post is covered by the statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) (English Language Requirement for public sector workers) and therefore the ability to speak fluent English is an essential requirement for the role.
-A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post.
