Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the project management of the whole life cycle of products from research and development trial production to mass production.
• As the docking window between R&D and manufacturing leading to improve the DFM between R&D and manufacturing.
• Develop sample trial production plan identify risks in advance and ensure sample delivery as planned.
• Led the review at each stage of the project summarized and closed the problem points at each stage to ensure the smooth mass production.
• Coordinate related departments to develop product Ramp up plan to ensure customer demand is met.
• Responsible for the improvement of yield and efficiency at each stage of the project to meet the cost indicators such as scrap rate during mass production.
• Coordinate relevant resources to solve problems in the daily production process to ensure product delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in physicselectronic engineering communicationopticsmaterial scienceetc.
• Familiar with electronic product manufacturing process. More than 7 years of project management experience in optical communication industry is preferred.
• Strong self-drive clear thinking and logical ability to quickly discover and solve problems;
• Excellent communication and coordination skills summary and reporting skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Can accept short-term overseas business trips.
