Job Summary
Position: Quality Assurance Technician
Location: Gardena CA
Shift: 6am to 2:30pm
Compensation: $25 per hour
Join our team and help drive quality excellence in aerospace and electronics manufacturing!
Responsibilities
Support PPAP documentation and quality processes (FMEA SPC MSA Control Plans)
Assist with First Article Inspections (FAI) and prepare AS9102-compliant data packages
Maintain and update quality records reports (DMR CAR RMA) and floor checklists
Participate in internal audits customer/supplier surveys and continuous improvement efforts
Provide backup for Document Control and float to other departments as needed
- Bachelors degree in quality management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Experience with writing and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Strong analytical and mathematics skills.
- Extensive knowledge of automated testing software.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
