Broadridge is growing! Were looking for a Supervisor of Production Operations to join our dynamic team onsite in Coppell this role you will be responsible for all facets of production. This includes developing and implementing strategies to improve PEQ (Productivity Efficiency and Quality) along with overall talent development of all associates. The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that appropriate staff levels are maintained and all associates are properly trained to perform their functions; ensuring that all SLAs are met in a timely manner.

The work hours are Monday-Friday 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM during off-peak times and 4:00 PM 4:00 AM during on-peak times including some weekends. This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead supervise and mentor a team of production control professionals providing ongoing coaching daily support and fostering professional development.
  • Organize delegate and monitor work assignments schedules and priorities to ensure resources are utilized effectively and production deadlines are consistently met.
  • Enhance productivity efficiency and quality by collaborating directly with internal departments external vendors cross site communications to include Account Management Client Relations Insertion Print Quality Control Logistics and Technical Support.
  • Oversee the progress of production jobs throughout all workflow stages to ensure compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Assess staff performance and monitor production workflows proactively identifying and addressing bottlenecks staffing challenges and process inefficiencies.
  • Partner with management to review forecasted volumes and determine appropriate staffing levels; assist with communicating temporary staffing needs and coordinating placement with agencies to support night shift requirements.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to review objectives address operational challenges and drive process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate entry of production data work orders and inventory records within relevant systems.
  • Deliver comprehensive training for new team members on departmental procedures safety standards and company policies.
  • Track analyze and report key performance indicators (KPIs) including metrics related to on-time delivery inventory accuracy and production throughput.
  • Champion continuous improvement projects such as Lean Manufacturing and process optimization both within the team and cross-functionally.
  • Enforce strict adherence to company safety quality and operational standards and procedures.
  • Work in partnership with Human Resources and management on staffing needs performance evaluations and disciplinary matters as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Operations Management Supply Chain or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 years of experience in production control planning or scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role managing hourly or salaried direct reports.
  • Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in team development and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent organizational problem-solving and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook).
Schedule:
  • Must be available to work Monday-Friday 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM during off-peak times and
  • 4:00 PM 4:00 AM during on-peak times including some weekends
Salary:
  • The salary range for this position is $63000 - $65000 annual. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidates final salary including but not limited to relevant experience skills and education.
  • Shift differential.
  • Eligible for annual bonus.
