We are expanding our footprint in the DACH region and need a visionary Business Development Lead to spearhead this growth. This role is about building a market presence from the ground up establishing partnerships and shaping our go-to-market strategy alongside the founders.

We’re seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial leader with a strong background in the Salesforce ecosystem and a passion for building relationships and markets.

What Professional Skills Are Important to Us

  • Experience: 5 years in business development or sales within the Salesforce ecosystem or IT consulting.
  • Regional expertise: Proven success in the DACH market with a strong network of decision-makers in Switzerland (ideally including Salesforce).
  • Languages: Fluent English and German (Swiss German is a strong plus).
  • Sales mastery: Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills for complex deals.
  • Partnership building: Experience with co-selling models and strategic alliances.
  • Strategic mindset: Ability to design and execute impactful go-to-market strategies.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: A proactive self-driven approach to building and scaling initiatives.

What Will You Do in This Role

As our Business Development Lead you will:

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the DACH region.
  • Identify high-potential industries and opportunities where Aledus can create maximum value.
  • Drive the full sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification to proposal negotiation and closing.
  • Build strategic partnerships and alliances to accelerate growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure a predictable high-quality pipeline.
  • Provide market insights to influence service portfolio and positioning.
  • Represent company at Salesforce and industry events strengthening our brand and thought leadership.
  • Build strong trust-based relationships with Salesforce Account Executives and client decision-makers.
