How do you excel in this position
The Senior Paralegal- Construction serves as Stark Techs in-house legal resource partnering with leadership and outside counsel to oversee legal operations compliance and corporate documentation across integration controls and energy projects. This role drives process improvements establishes and maintains legal standards and provides subject matter expertise on construction-adjacent legal processes. The Senior Legal Operations Specialist also supports the evaluation and integration of legal technology solutions that enhance efficiency and align with Stark Techs operational platforms
What are we looking for
- Bachelors degree in Legal Studies or related field required.
- ABA-approved paralegal certificate required.
- Seven (7) years progressively responsible paralegal experience with at least three (3) years in construction engineering technology contracting or related industries required.
- Proficiency with contract management systems MS 365 and document redlining tools required.
- Knowledge: Contract law principles public procurement processes multi-state compliance considerations insurance/indemnity provisions and data privacy/security clauses required
- Strong communication and customer service skills required.
- Experience selecting and implementing contract management software
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
- Ability to multi-task work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
- Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment.
