Are you passionate about corporate real estate and motivated by delivering innovative solutions to global clients We are looking for a Bid Manager to join our EMEA Project & Development Services (PDS) team and support the expansion of our client portfolio across the region.Job Description
Respond to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals/Quotations (RFP/RFQ) at EMEA and global levels.
Prepare and present PDS service proposals to corporate clients.
Negotiate contracts master service agreements and fee rates.
Support PDS teams across EMEA in preparing tailored proposals.
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between clients and local project teams.
Lead bi-weekly meetings with EMEA sales managers.
Create and improve departmental processes for greater efficiency.
Monitor client projects and ensure smooth coordination across stakeholders.
Capture lessons learned and share best practices to foster continuous improvement
35 years experience in Bid & Proposal Management Business Development or corporate real estate.
Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills in multicultural environments.
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive collaboration.
Problem-solving mindset proactive attitude and client-centric approach.
Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
