- 为客户办公现场提供设施相关的维护保养及维修服务
- 确保客户办公区域的电力空调专用消防等系统的正常运行
- 按要求定期检查验收设备的运行情况记录并报告任何运行故障
- 接收客户的日常维修要求报告给上级主管并定期汇总更新
- 对于影响客户营运的紧急设备故障要提供即时响应处理要能够接受加班安排
- 按主管安排给客户提供环保健康安全方面的必要支持
- 在紧急情况下如恶劣天气供电中断协助客户进行危急响应停业安排的有关处理
- 协调维修承办商的现场维修整改工作监督验收其工作质量和成果
- 协助就公共物业设施的使用管理问题与大楼物业管理部进行沟通协调
- 根据设备的维护保养计划进行日常的操作和维护组织并协调监督各服务供应商的定期的对分管设备的现场工作
- 设备系统的运行记录维修及维护保养记录设备履历等技术档案的收集整理归档工作
