Job Title: Associate Mechanical Engineering
Job Description:
Provide mechanical engineering support for both new product development activities as well as factory support of existing products
Translate product requirements into a mechanical specification and test plan to be used for development
Execute verification testing as defined by the mechanical specification and test plan
Conduct design analysis and testing both structural and thermal to prove design will meet customer requirements
Responsible for understanding customer needs generating test procedures and finally executing the test
Generate and/or process engineering change orders (ECOs) as required
Work directly with mechanical designers on CAD models and part documentation
Qualifications:
To be eligible applicants must be pursuing a Bachelors Degree in mechanical engineering Aerospace Engineering Engineering MechanicsMaterials Science Engineering or related fieldor have completed their Bachelors degree within the last 12 months regardless of age.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role in Massachusetts is $67000 MIN - $123500 MAX. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
