Job Summary
About the Role
Were seeking a Buyer specializing in mechanical components to support procurement for complex electromechanical systems. This role focuses on sourcing machined parts fabricated components hardware and mechanical assemblies.
Responsibilities
Source and negotiate for machined parts fabricated components hardware
Support prototype builds and mechanical ECOs
Evaluate and qualify mechanical suppliers
Ensure compliance with FDA/ISO standards
Track supplier performance and drive improvements
Expedite critical mechanical parts to support production
Support audits and maintain purchasing documentation
Qualifications :
Qualifications
4 years purchasing experience
Experience sourcing mechanical parts or fabricated components
Ability to read mechanical drawings
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
