Primary Care Physician
Location: Athens GA
Schedule: Full-Time
A well-established healthcare organization is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join its outpatient practice in Georgia. This full-time role is uniquely structured with the physician working 2.5 days in Athens and 2 days in Royston offering both variety and stability within the practice.
DUTIES:
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care including preventive medicine chronic disease management and acute care
Conduct thorough patient evaluations order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe appropriate treatments
Participate in care planning patient education and follow-up to ensure continuity of care
Collaborate with advanced practice providers nursing staff and administrative teams to deliver efficient high-quality medical services
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all state federal and regulatory standards
Support community health initiatives and wellness programs as needed
