Description
- Provision of the day-to-day servicing of a clients insurance programme
- Effective and timely management of all renewals documentation to ensure completion by the due date
- Check policy documentation for accuracy prior to issuing to the client.
- Ensure clients have the required documentation in good time to support their operations
- Ensure all documentation is correctly recorded including updating PLF Web
- Adhere to all policies and procedures
Candidate Profile
- CII Qualification/P&IQ or willingness to work towards this (Desirable)
- Effective stakeholder management
- An understanding of regulatory controls and procedures relating to both commercial and retail customers if applicable.
- An understanding of and adherence to Lockton standards and procedures.
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise workload to ensure service excellence
About The Position
The purpose of this role is to support the service delivery of client accounts across Lockton P.L. Ferrari London.
