Job Summary
As a Warehouse Merchandise Process Coordinator youll train Merchandise Processors and Recycling Processors in one of our distribution centers. This onboarding training for new hires and routine training for existing addition to overseeing training youll also execute day-to-day warehouse tasks.

- Oversee comprehensive training plans including hands-on instruction for new hires and upskilling existing employees
- Identify training gaps and collaborate with leaders to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness providing in-the-moment instruction and feedback to reinforce learning and drive continuous improvement.
- Inspecting warehouse operations and monitor adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Contribute to daily operations by leading start-up meetings executing warehouse functions and modeling safe operational best practices.
- Provide timely resolution to operational questions and offer workflow guidance as needed
Basic qualifications
- Able to pass all applicable certification and driving requirements to become licensed to operate equipment
- Able to stand and sit for extended periods of time
- Able to lift weight up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications
- 6 months of leadership and distribution experience
- 6 months of training experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
