Were seeking for an experienced Business Support Coordinator to join our Traffic Management team based at Mount Wellington Auckland. This is a 12 month fixed term role to provide support on two key projects.
In this varied role you will provide essential administrative support to ensure our TTM Technical Services Team of Designers Planners Auditor and Project Supervisors are able to deliver effective traffic management concepts that mitigate risks across our roads and infrastructure projects.
In addition to the above you will:
Assist in the claiming and invoicing for internally and externally delivered works
Allocating jobs overseeing the workload to planners designers and uploaders
Segregating work clash emails received from external contractors and directing them through the correct channels to avoid discrepancies on the network
Ensuring due diligence by working closely with the Activity Manager
Sending TMP approvals to the appropriate Activity Managers and updating the status in Smartsheets
Managing information received from internal and external auditors following the correct procedures and ensuring clients and suppliers are notified
Oversee timely opening and closing of CAMs cases

Were looking for someone with:
Hold a Class 1 NZ Full drivers licence
Minimum of 2 years experience in Traffic Management under the position of Administration or similar.
Proficiency in Microsoft MS Suites - Excel
Experience in SMART sheet software and Myworksites application is advantages
Good financial acumen in budgeting job cost analysis reconciliation reporting planning forecasting is ideal
