Job Summary

This position involves serving as an assessing therapist with a reduced caseload while also undertaking some responsibilities of the Director of Rehabilitation (DOR).

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and direction to the rehabilitation team including Physical Therapists (PT) Occupational Therapists (OT) Speech Therapists (ST) Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA).

- Oversee adherence to Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM) processes.

- Develop and enhance rehabilitation programs tailored for high-acuity patients.

- Facilitate collaboration among interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.

- Monitor and evaluate clinical and financial performance metrics.

- Ensure compliance with all federal state and facility regulations.

Submission Requirements:

- 1 year of Occupational Therapy (OT) experience

- Required- Experience in a leadership role within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) rehabilitation setting

- Required- Knowledge of PDPM

- Required- Missouri State License

- Required

State License Requirements:- Missouri- Compact License Allowed
