Test:2G MIG and Fluxcore (radiographed and bend) / 2G Stick (radiographed on ¾ plate double bevel or bevel to square)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilledHeader Welderto join our Sapulpa team. TheHeader Welderwill be responsible for welding box headers and related components ensuring compliance with company quality standards and customer specifications. This role requires blueprint reading advanced welding techniques and strong attention to detail.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

PerformMIG TIG and/or Stick weldingon box headers and other components
Followblueprints and schematicsfor proper assembly and fabrication
Inspect welds to ensure they meetspecifications and quality standards
Operate and maintain welding equipment in safe working condition
Collaborate with team members to complete welding projects efficiently
Ensure all work aligns withsafety and compliance regulationsas a dependableHeader Welder

Required Experience & Skills

Provenwelding experiencewith structural and fabrication projects
Ability to perform2G MIG Fluxcore and Stick testsper requirements
Knowledge ofmaterials weld symbols and fabrication processes
Strongblueprint readingand interpretation skills
Commitment tosafety accuracy and production quality
