Position Overview

We are seeking an experiencedElectromechanicaltechnician to join our Catoosa facility. TheElectromechanicalrole is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues and ensuring machinery operates within safety and quality standards.

Required Experience & Skills

• 5 yearsof experience as an Industrial Mechanic Tech in a manufacturing environment

• High school diploma or GED preferred; technical school certification strongly desired

• Proven experience inelectromechanical maintenancewithin an industrial setting

• Strong knowledge ofhydraulic pneumatic and electrical systems

• Hands-on experience withshear machines press brakes paint booths and welding heads

• Ability toread blueprints wiring diagrams and technical manuals

• Skilled withdiagnostic equipment hand tools and power tools

• Strongproblem-solving and communication skills

• Technical certificationin electromechanical systems preferred

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and correctivemaintenanceon shear machines press brakes paint booths and welding heads

• Diagnose and resolvemechanical and electrical issuesusing testing tools and schematics

• Conductinspections and calibrationsto ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Repair or replacemotors sensors relays and control systems

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams onequipment upgrades and process improvements

• Maintain accurate records ofmaintenance repairs and parts usage

• Train operators onbasic equipment care and troubleshooting

• Operate rigging equipment to place heavy machinery align gears and attach motors

• Service and repairhydraulic and pneumatic systemsas a dedicatedElectromechanicaltechnician

• Follow all OSHA and companysafety protocols

Preferred Education

• Technical certification or vocational training in electromechanical systems preferred
