Setup Technician
Pay:$28/hour
Location:Catoosa
Shift:4 days on / 4 days off day and night shifts available (assigned by supervisor upon hire)
Job Type:Temp to Hire
Position Overview
We are hiring a skilledSetup Technicianto join our Catoosa facility. TheSetup Technicianwill be responsible for installing configuring and maintaining robotic and automated systems ensuring optimal performance and reliability. This role requires expertise in mechanical electrical and software systems along with strong troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment.
Required Experience & Skills
5 yearsof experience as an Industrial Mechanic Tech in a manufacturing environment
High school diploma or GED preferred; technical school certification preferred
Hands-on experience withindustrial robotics
Strongmechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Familiarity withPLCs HMI interfaces and automation software
Ability toread and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Excellentproblem-solving communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently in afast-paced environment
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Install configure and calibraterobotic and automation systems
Conductroutine inspections maintenance and troubleshootingon robotic equipment
Diagnose and resolvemechanical electrical and programming issues
Collaborate with engineers and production staff tooptimize robotic workflows
Document setup procedures troubleshooting and maintenance logs
Train operators and staff onequipment use and safety protocols
Operate rigging equipment to place heavy machinery and align parts to tolerances
Service and repairhydraulic pneumatic and welding systemsas needed
Maintain an inventory of replacement parts and ensure compliance with safety standards as aSetup Technician
Preferred Education
Technical certification in automation robotics or related fields
