Position Overview

We are seeking a skilledMaintenance Technicianto support the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for thepreventative maintenance troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems and equipment ensuring plant reliability and safety. TheMaintenance Technicianwill also assist with mechanical tasks facility upkeep and general maintenance needs across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

Performpreventative maintenance and repairson electrical systems including motors control panels lighting and wiring.
Troubleshoot and resolveelectrical faultsin manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure.
Assist withinstallation and upgradesof electrical components and systems.
Read and interpretelectrical schematics wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
Maintain and repairmanufacturing machinery(motors pumps conveyors pneumatic systems).
Respond promptly tomaintenance calls and electrical emergencies.
Support generalmechanical and plumbing repairsas needed.
Maintain aclean safe and organized work area.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Basic knowledge ofelectrical systems and components.
Experience usinghand and power toolsfor electrical work.
Willingness tolearn and growwithin a manufacturing environment.
Ability tofollow instructionsand work independently or as part of a team.
Comfortable using acomputer for basic tasks.
Flexible availability fordifferent shifts weekends or on-call as needed.

Physical Requirements

Ability tolift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable withstanding walking bending and climbingduring the shift.
Capable of working invarious factory conditions(hot cold or noisy areas).
Goodhand dexterityfor using tools and performing repairs.
